Ingredients:
● Kalahari Biltong — your favorite flavor
● 1 pound grass-fed ground bison
● 1 large sweet potato cut into 1/2" cubes
● 1 onion - chopped
● 2 (14ounce) can diced tomatoes
● 2 tablespoons tomato paste
● 2 tablespoons minced garlic
● 2 bay leaves
● 2 tablespoons chili powder
● 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne
● 2 teaspoons cumin
● 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
● 1-1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
● Salt and Pepper to Taste
